This Privacy Policy explains how PayTop.top ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our pay-to-rank leaderboard service at paytop.top (the "Service").
1. Information we collect
- Listing data you submit: the website URL you bid with, your chosen category, and your bid amount.
- Payment data: payments are processed by our merchant of record, Creem (Creem.io). We receive your email address, order ID, and payment status from Creem. We never see or store your full card details.
- Usage data: anonymous click counts on listings, and standard server logs (IP address, user agent, timestamps) processed by our hosting provider Cloudflare for security and performance.
- Local preferences: your language and theme choices are stored in your browser's localStorage. No advertising or tracking cookies are used.
2. How we use information
- To display and rank your listing on the leaderboard;
- To process payments, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations;
- To provide customer support via service@paytop.top;
- To improve the Service's performance and security.
3. Third-party services
- Creem.io — merchant of record: checkout, payment processing, taxes, and refunds. See Creem's own privacy policy for their handling of your data.
- Cloudflare, Inc. — hosting, CDN, DDoS protection, and D1 database storage.
4. Data retention
Listing data is retained while your listing is active on the leaderboard. Server logs are retained by Cloudflare for a limited security window. You may request deletion of your listing and associated data at any time.
5. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (including the EU/EEA under GDPR and California under CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any right, email service@paytop.top. We respond within 30 days.
6. International transfers
The Service is operated globally via Cloudflare's network. Your data may be processed in countries other than your own, under Cloudflare's and Creem's applicable safeguards.
7. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page with a new effective date.
