Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of PayTop.top (the "Service"), a pay-to-rank leaderboard operated by PayTop.top. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
PayTop.top lets you promote a website by making a one-time bid. Listings are ranked by bid amount within each category and overall. Paying less than the current #1 bid still lists you at the highest rank your bid qualifies for.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) and legally able to make payments. You may submit listings on behalf of a company you represent.
3. Bids and payments
- All bids are one-time charges in USD, processed by our merchant of record Creem.io. The minimum bid is $5.
- A listing goes live once the payment is confirmed (normally instantly). Rankings update automatically.
- Your listing position is determined solely by your bid amount relative to others at the time of display and may change as others bid.
- The same URL may be listed in more than one category with separate bids.
4. Refund policy
Bids purchase advertising placement — a digital service delivered immediately upon payment. Accordingly, bids are generally non-refundable. If a payment succeeds but your listing does not appear within 24 hours, or you were charged in error, contact service@paytop.top and we will make it right (refund or listing, at your choice).
5. Prohibited content
We do not accept listings that link to: illegal content or services; malware, phishing, or deceptive practices; pornography or sexually explicit material; content that incites violence, hatred, or discrimination; intellectual-property infringement; unlicensed gambling; pyramid or Ponzi schemes; or anything else we deem harmful or unlawful. We may remove any listing that violates this section without refund, and may report illegal activity to the appropriate authorities.
6. Your responsibilities
- You must own or be authorized to promote the URL you submit.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit.
- You must comply with all applicable laws, including advertising and consumer-protection rules in your target markets.
7. Intellectual property
You retain all rights to the content of your listing. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display that listing on the Service. The Service's design, code, and brand are owned by PayTop.top.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PayTop.top is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total aggregate liability arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Changes and termination
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service, and may update these Terms. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. If your listing is already paid for and active, material adverse changes will not remove it without pro-rata remedy.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator's jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence remain unaffected.
